We ordered a back loading WC van several months in advance. I’m a local resident picking up for a friend in an electric wheelchair. Upon arrival, van was incorrect, it was a side ramp. At Wally Park, ramp would NOT deploy correctly. We pushed all the buttons as prompted. Ramp got stuck, door got stuck. We had to pull the door with all our might to close it. Office was NO help. They offered a refund of our money and we were to go find another van. That would not be possible! We dealt with the issue. One night, van took 20 times to close the door. It was a Toyota Sienna, 58,000. Come Wednesday, a bunch of debris fell out all over the ramp. Not to mention, it had been raining for 5 days straight. This company needs to do a better job cleaning their vans. Especially since there are handicapped customers using their services! You can do a better job—shame on you!

We are renting this 12 passenger van with Florida van rentals and are having a wonderful get together in South Carolina with the family. Thank you for this awesome rental experience and we will see you guys next year.

We rented a wheelchair accessible van for the first time and it could not have been easier! Pick up location was via a shuttle, van was ready even though we were delayed. The van had Sun Pass already on it to go on toll roads, no nickel and diming. I would 100% recommend them and will rent again when in Orlando

I was so excited to be able to rent exactly what we needed. Communication was mostly digital which confused my elderly mother who was actually renting it for me to transport her. We read contract so far in advance that I forgot some details and was only met with kindness and patience when I called asking questions that had already been covered. Thank you for making our visit to South Florida and transportation to and from The cruise so easy and effortless. Many clear instructions were included in the car and Communication was promptly replied to. Definitely recommend to other travelers

Michael at the Orlando office is very helpful, and he was available on call anytime I had any questions. Michael also helped us when our plans got affected by the inclement weather.
