I was so excited to be able to rent exactly what we needed. Communication was mostly digital which confused my elderly mother who was actually renting it for me to transport her. We read contract so far in advance that I forgot some details and was only met with kindness and patience when I called asking questions that had already been covered. Thank you for making our visit to South Florida and transportation to and from The cruise so easy and effortless. Many clear instructions were included in the car and Communication was promptly replied to. Definitely recommend to other travelers

I rented a 12 passenger van for a family trip in Florida and had an awesome experience. I will definitely rent from here again. Michael at the Orlando office is very helpful, and he was available on call anytime I had any questions. Michael also helped us when our plans got affected by the inclement weather. I 100% recommend this place.

Myself and my family rented a 10 passenger van from Florida van rentals in Orlando.. Amazing van. Clean and new. The employees were extremely helpful with everything I needed to know. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

We just finished our 15 passenger van rental in Boca Raton . Everything went smooth and very happy with their service. Raquel in the Billing Department was very friendly and nice and we hope on seeing them on our next trip next year

Heading to Orlando to pick up half of our family. They were detoured to Orlando from Southwest Airlines. We needed to change our trip schedule but very happy with our vehicle rental.

I want to thank Michael Goldberg for an amazing experience and great conversation as we rented the wheelchair van. My father had a stroke almost 7yrs ago and he only goes to hospital appointments and physical therapy but last night? Thanks to Michael, I was able to take him to Amway arena to see a group he created and wrote their first 3-4 albums by the name of New Kids On The Block. That was their first time all together in years and it was a beautiful moment as we sat in the back and reminisced on old times. It was great and their performance was as always. Again, thank you Michael and thank you Stephanie for your assistance! Great place and great experience!

My husband rented a 12 passenger van from Florida Van Rentals . We were very satisfied . We read their reviews online and felt very comfortable. Everything worked out fine and we were very happy. Our son finally made it to Disney World and saw his favorite character Goofy. See you guys on our next trip back to Florida
